Soup Preparation
Recommended Meat to Go With: 300gm of pork ribs / lean meat or an appropriate amount of rock sugar
Steps:
Rinse herbs to clean
Place herbs & meat in 1500 ml of boiling water & bring to a boil again
Simmer on low heat for 2 hours
*If rock sugar is used, add in at the last 1 hour
Seasoning (optional): Add salt to taste for meat soup
