Practitioner Choong worked in the Specialty Disease Group at Singapore Chung Hwa Medical Institution (Yi Shun Branch) (Cancer & Tumour). Since graduating, she has been actively participating in the Continuing TCM Education (CTE) program to further strengthen her TCM skills and knowledge. TCM therapeutic massage for newborns and toddlers is one of her specialties. Practitioner Lim received his diploma from Singapore TCM College (Grad Dip in TCM & Acupuncture).

Practitioner Lim earned his Bachelor's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Nanjing University of TCM. He was assigned to Jiangsu Provincial Hospital, Jiangsu's largest Level Three Class A general hospital at the time, where he received extensive clinical practice and patient experience.

Practitioner Goh then went on to complete an Advanced Full-Time Studies in Manipulative Techniques on Diseases Related to Spine Treatment of Soft Tissue Injury at China's Guangxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has been in practice full-time for almost 25 years, serving a varied patient group.
