Soup Preparation:
Recommended Meat to Go With: 300gm of lean meat or 4 bullfrogs
Steps:
Rinse herbs briefly to clean
Place herbs & meat in 1000 ml of boiling water & bring to boil again
Simmer on low heat for 2 hours
Drain soup, serve hot
Seasoning(optional): Add salt as desired
