Soup Preparation
Recommended Meat to Go With: 1 black chicken or 300gm of lean meat
Steps:
Rinse herbs briefly to clean
Place herbs & meat in 1300ml of boiling water & bring to boil again
Simmer on low heat for 2 hours
Seasoning (optional): Add Salt as desired
