Soup Preparation:
Recommended Meat to Go With: One whole duck or 300 gm of lean meat
Steps:
Rinse herbs briefly to clean
Place herbs & meat in 1300ml of boiling water & bring to boil again
Simmer on low heat for 2 hours
Drain soup, add salt as desired
