Soup Preparation :
Recommended Meat to Go With: Pork Ribs or lean meat 300g
Steps:
(1) Pan-fry black beans without oil
(2) Rinse all herbs briefly to clean
(3) Place herbs, fried back bean & meat in 1500 ml of boiling water & bring to boil again
(4) Simmer on low heat for 3 hours
(5) Seasoning(optional): Add salt to taste
