Recommended Meat to Go With: 180 gm of beef or Substitute with lean meat
Steps
Rinse herbs briefly to clean
Place herbs & meat in 1000 ml of boiling water & bring to boil again
Simmer for 1½ hours
Seasoning(optional): Add One teaspoon of hua diao (Chinese cooking wine) or any Brandy into the tonic soup at the end of simmering. Add salt as desired.
