Soup Preparation
Recommended Meat to Go With: 2 hardboiled eggs (shelled) or one black chicken
Steps:
Rinse herbs
Place herbs & chicken in 800 ml of boiling water & bring to boil again
Simmer on low heat for 1 hour
If eggs are used, add in at the last 15 minutes
