Soup Preparation
Recommended Meat to Go With: 1 pig heart or 300gm of lean meat or 300gm of pork ribs
Steps:
Wash the pig's heart thoroughly. Rinse herbs briefly to clean
Place herbs & meat in 1300 ml of boiling water & bring to a boil again
Simmer on low heat for 2 hours (4)Drain soup & serve hot
