Herbs:
- Chinese Barley (Coix Seed) 中国薏米
- Fried Barley (Fried Coix Seed) 炒薏苡仁
- Rhizome Lophatherum Herb淡竹叶
- Common Rush灯芯草
This is a traditional TCM health tea for infants.
Common Applications:
Rinse herb, add 600-800ml of water, boil, simmer for about 20 minutes, and remove herb residue.
Add sugar or use clear water to prepare bottled milk for the baby.
It helps to reduce the heatiness of the milk powder.
