The Red Date Revitalising Tea is to be consumed daily for its general tonifying and calming effects. Throughout the month, it's important to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of warm fluids like water, herbal teas, and soups.

Caesarean Section: Due to the need for wound healing, the use of Shenghua Decoction 生化汤is generally delayed until 10-14 days postpartum, once lochia is expelled and the wound has healed. Special attention should be paid to the recovery of the abdominal wound to avoid using blood-moving medicines too early, which could cause discomfort in the abdomen. It can be taken on an empty stomach in the morning and before dinner, divided into 2-3 doses to maximize its effectiveness. It is recommended to drink it warm.

Shenghua Decoction primarily promotes blood circulation and removes blood stasis. It can be used in combination with supplementary decoctions.
Shenghua Decoction: Take on an empty stomach, such as in the morning.
Supplementary Decoction: Take after meals, such as after lunch or before dinner, to aid absorption. It is advised to space the two by 1-2 hours to ensure no interaction between their effects.
