Perilla Leaf, Fineleaf Schizonepeta Herb, Luffa Vegetable Sponge, Chinese Waxgourd Peel, Dried Tangerine Peel, Dried Ginger

Preparation:
Place the herbs in a cloth bag (not included).
Put the herb bag in a pot with water covering it. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10–20 minutes.
Strain the liquid into a basin.
Wet a clean towel with the liquid, lightly scrub the affected area or soak smaller regions (e.g., hands or feet) directly in it. Be cautious of hot liquid.
For full-body treatment, steep the herb bag in a hot bath (30–40°C) and soak your body for 15–20 minutes.
Use one pack/day, up to 3 times daily. Follow a 10-day treatment cycle.
Avoidance & Precautions:
Avoid using strong alkaline soap and hot water to wash affected areas. Do not scratch.
Avoid consuming spicy food, lamb, seafood (e.g., shrimp, crab), and alcohol.
