Preparation
Place the herbal pack in a pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10–20 minutes.
Sieve the hot solution into a basin.
Soak your feet when the water is around 40°C.
The water level should be slightly above the ankle. Add more water if needed.
Use for 10 days per treatment cycle, up to 3 times daily.
Avoid Footbath If You Have:

Severe cardiovascular disease or high cholesterol.
Are famished, intoxicated, or highly fatigued.
Are pregnant.
