Soup Preparation
Recommended Meat to Go With: 1 pig heart, or 300 gm of lean meat, or
300 gm of pork ribs
Steps:
Wash the pig's heart thoroughly. Rinse herbs briefly to clean
Place herbs & meat in 1300 ml of boiling water & bring to a boil again
Simmer on low heat for 2 hours
Drain soup, serve hot
Seasoning (optional): Add salt to taste
