Soup Preparation
Recommended Meat to Go With two chicken drumsticks or 300gm of lean meat
Steps:
Rinse herbs briefly
Put the drumsticks into a double boiler. Add all the herbs and pour in 600ml hot water. Cover the lid and bring the contents to a boil.
Lower heat and continue to double boil over medium-low heat for 3 hours
Add the Chinese wine and salt before serving
Serve hot. The chicken may be eaten, but herbs should be discarded.
