Soup Preparation
(1) Bring 600ml water to a boil
(2) Add the herbs (except Safflower) and bring it to boil again
(3) Lower heat & simmer for 1 hour
(4) Sieve the tonic into a bowl with Safflower, cover bowl & steep for 10 min
(5) Re-sieve into another bowl and drinks it warm.
