Soup Preparation
1. Steps:
(1) Rinse herbs briefly to clean
(2) Place herbs in 1500 ml of boiling water & bring to a boil again
(3) Simmer on low heat for 1½ hours
(4) Add in the appropriate amount of rock sugar at the end of simmering
