Soup Preparation
Recommended Meat to Go With: Two hard-boiled eggs or 200 gm of lean meat
Steps:
Rinse herbs briefly to clean
Place herbs & meat in 800 ml of boiling water & bring to boil again
Simmer on low heat for 1 hour
Drain soup, add salt as desired
