Soup Preparation
Recommended Meat to Go With: 300 gm of pork ribs / lean meat or an Appropriate amount of rock sugar
Steps:
(1) Rinse herbs to clean
(2) Place herbs & meat in 1500 ml of boiling water & bring to boil again
(3) Simmer on low heat for 3 hours
* If rock sugar is used, add in at the last 1 hour
(4) Seasoning (optional): Add salt to taste for meat soup
