Soup Preparation
Recommended Meat to Go With: 1 pigeon or 300gm of lean meat or 300gm of pork ribs
Steps:
Soften Lily Bulbs & Lotus Seeds by soaking them separately beforehand.
Place herbs & meats in 1500 ml of boiling water & bring to boil again
Simmer on low heat for 1½ hours
Add in Rose & prepared lily bulbs at the last 5 minute
Seasoning (optional): Add salt to taste
