Soup Preparation
Recommended Meat to Go With: 1 Turtle approx. 600g or 1 chicken
Steps:
Rinse herbs briefly
Place herbs & meat in a double boiler with 1300 ml of boiling water
Double boil on low heat for 3 hours
Seasoning (optional): Add one teaspoon of hua diao (Chinese cooking wine) or any Brandy to the tonic soup at the end of simmering. Add salt as desired.
