Soup Preparation
Recommended Meat to Go With: 300gm of lean meat or 2 chicken drumsticks
Steps:
Rinse herbs briefly to clean
Place herbs & meat in 1300 ml of boiling water & bring to a boil again
Simmer on low heat for 2 hrs
Serve soup with the right amount of salt
