Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate if storage prolongs.
Soup Preparation:
Recommended Meat to Go With: 1 pigeon or 300gm of lean meat or pork ribs or an appropriate amount of rock sugar
Steps:
(1) Rinse herbs briefly to clean
(2) Place herbs & ingredients in 1500 ml of boiling water & bring to boil again
(3) Simmer on low heat for 3 hours
* If rock sugar is used, add in at the last hour
(4) Seasoning (optional): Add the desired amount of salt for meat and soup
When to take:
Take it once or twice a week
Preferably 1 hour before or after dinner
