Soup Preparation
Recommended Meat to Go With: 1 pigeon or 300gm of lean meat/pork ribs or an appropriate amount of rock sugar
Steps:
(1) Rinse herbs briefly to clean
(2) Place herbs & ingredients in 1500 ml of boiling water & bring to boil again
(3) Simmer on low heat for 3 hours
* If rock sugar is used, add in at the last hour
(4) Seasoning (optional): Add salt as desired (for meat soup only)
